We offer residential handyman and home improvement services. Scope of work, pricing, and timelines will always be clearly communicated and agreed upon before we get started.

2. Quotes & Estimates

• Quotes provided through our website or via direct communication are non-binding until reviewed and confirmed by our team.

• Prices may change based on project complexity, material costs, or on-site assessments — but don’t worry, we’ll keep you in the loop and won’t do anything without your thumbs-up.

3. Booking & Payment

• Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

• Deposits may be required for larger jobs or custom projects.

• We accept various forms of payment — details provided at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule:

• Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee, especially for same-day jobs or materials already purchased.

5. Warranties & Satisfaction

• We stand behind our work. If something’s not right, let us know within 14 days of completion and we’ll make it right.

• Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain materials or products — we’ll pass those along when relevant.

6. Property Access & Safety

• You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the job site.

• We’ll treat your home like our own (and we clean up after ourselves, promise).

• Pets are great but should be secured during the visit.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our absolute best to deliver top-notch results, but:

• We’re not liable for indirect damages, loss of use, or other unforeseen issues beyond the scope of our agreed services.

• Any legal disputes will be handled under the laws of the state where we operate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including images, logos, and written material — belongs to Hammer & Hustle Handyman Service, LLC and may not be used without permission. (Yep, even that catchy tagline.)

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll update the date above. Your continued use of our website or services means you’re cool with the changes.
